Need to suggestion on my query

I joined Deloitte as intern analyst in 2020 and got converted to analyst in 2021 till now I am working here with overall total 4 years of experience. My l skills are like SQL, Qlik view, Qlik Sense. But before coming to Deloitte I did a certified data scientist certification and related skills but after joining Deloitte no opportunity on this skills only documentation and manual work at applications. But my current CTC is 5.08 but this year is my promotion year but not sure what is hike and now my current project is full hectic need to login at 9am and logging off at night 12am almost everyday Can someone please guide me or refer to for the better opportunity please!
