Trending @Infosys; Need to start YouTube Channel along with Job
Dear Friends,
I want to start my Youtube channel with my presence on screen but always one question popup in my mind it should not impact on my current job due to conflict on any company Policy.
However, I checked with HR person for same but I have been suggested to not to go ahead if you getting income from your channel and it could be dual employment.
Still, I am curious to know why it would be a dual employment as my name wouldn’t be registered as an employee in any organisation. As far as income concern, if I would file ITR on extra income then I don’t think so it would be a problem.
Can anyone suggest me if there is any other way to start my own Youtube channel without impact on my current Job.

Starting a YouTube channel can be seen as dual employment if it generates income. Infosys policies are strict on this. HR's advice is to avoid it to prevent conflicts. Proceeding could risk your job.
what? isn't it like social media? what if its generating income? what's fot them?
Just start your YT channel.
