Trending @Infosys; Need to shift🥲 but I’m working in support project for past 2.5 years
Hi all, Greetings!
I’m currently working in a support project as security analysis, my work is to adding and removing access and resolve the tickets etc. My pay is just 20k per month. What skills i need to learn to shift to another company, what are the things I need to prepare. I need some guidance 🥲 Kindly share your thoughts 😌

I see that everyone are suggesting you to learn cloud and Devops. But i would suggest you to upskill yourself in cybersecurity for your next switch. These days many people are learning cloud and devops. It surely has scope but its not for everyone. I used to work in support and switched to Devops. Its been almost 2 years since i started my Devops journey, even after successful career transition, the learning is never ending. If you are not someone who enjoys continuous learning, who doesnt want to spend weekends on learning new tools for the rest of your career, then please dont go to Devops. Devops is overcrowded. The grass is greener on the other side. So stick to cybersecurity

My suggestion is to go for development skills. Nowdays companies are preferring full stack devs.
(I'm also trying to switch from infy but 90 days NP is causing issue and I'm not getting responses from recruiters 😔)

I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me, I hope recruiters will reach you soon😊
