Need to resign but can't do

Hello everyone, I want to resign from tcs , my package is good as well. But I can't do it because I don't have any offer in hand and my family is fully dependent on me .any suggestions on what to do in this situation.

Prepare for 2-3 months. Udemy, LinkedIn Learning and O'Reilly.

Build a portfolio. Maybe turn research papers into reality. Appear in the interviews with solutions to the employers problems.
