Need to know when we go onsite salary will remain same as indian payroll in TCS? Anyone guide here?

When you go onsite with TCS, your salary structure changes. You get an onsite salary that includes your Indian salary, plus additional allowances based on the country and role.

If it is a short term travel (less than 90 days) then no salary change. You will get you indian salary in indian account + onsite allowance in host country. For long term travel indian salary is converted to host country currency and deposited in overseas account along with monthly onsite allowance.
