Need to Know the result of NatWest group onsite interview.

I have given onsite interview in NatWest post qualifying a online assessment. Interviewer told me on Saturday that HR will get back to you on Monday. My interview went well 8.5/10 almost for 1 hr 50min. Will HR communicate irrespective of result whether selected or rejected? What is the appropriate time one should wait before contacting HR?
