Need to know the market value for my role.

Hi folks,I am planning to switch my company in 2 months.I have 4 yoe.Out of which I have 2 yoe in a service based company (support role). And 2 yoe as ML Engineer at a start up.Currently I am upskilling on gen ai and mlops as well.

Current CTC :12 LPA(FIXED).

What should be the minimum I should expect?in my next switch.

Skills: Pytorch and tensorflow, Sklearn. ML(classical algos) Computer vision. Image segmentation & object detection. Open cv Git Docker
