Need to know about QVP
Hi , am new to TCS , am in C3B role . How much percentage we will receive as a qvp . There is any possibility of getting whole 100 %?
There is a chance of getting 80% at max
No. 40 - 45% is max for C3B as per current situation.
Variable must be based on salary bracket not on grade
Oh goodness. I recently resigned from the organization and they are trying to retain me. I have about 6 YOE and current CTC is 13 LPA. I initially asked for 20 LPA but the current offer I have is about 18 LPA (16.5V + 10% Variable).
The thing is that after a call with the DM, I agreed to lower the expectation to match the offer and while I am C2 and would get the full package. They could easily push me into C3A and deduct 50% of my QAV lol. There should be some rules regarding the maximum variable pay component a package should have.
PS: Why would TCS not implement the 50% basic pay rule lol
If attendance is 100 percent then only
Since last 6 quarters for C3B role on an average getting around 50% qvp so don't expect more in this quarter too
Earlier it was 100% but now tcs is more focused on deducting qva because that's the only thing they can deduct. That's why this rto policy is introduced and linked to qva. Even if you are 100% compliant, you won't receive 100% qva.
