I joined HCL in August 2024 with billable project allocation. Am I eligible for a hike? I already received a GP rating in my performance cycle.

Yes it will be released for you for sure. Release date can be tomorrow but effective date will be 1 oct 2025.

Same scenario for me, joined in July 22, released on dec 23
