Dear friends, I got a rating as "NEED TO IMPROVE". Just because of BTO. Apart from that i got good feedback from client. No Escalation.

Can i make any appeal for this?.

They put me in PIP because of BTO , if I don’t get project with in 30 days I have to exit

BTO means not going to office? Or my project is asking me to come office 3days week I'm not gonna follow.. Will it impact me? I don't want to any hike or promotion

They put people on PIP and BOTP, or decreased rating because of the appraisals only. If the ratings are not good this is main reason for no hike only.
