Need to get transfer from Ahmedabad to Bangalore TCS but they say we can't get transferred as we have to complete 2yrs tenure in the base location. Please help.
There is no policy regarding transfer. It just depends on RMG. For me when I had less than 2 years of experience they declined saying I need 2 years and when I re applied they again declined saying that we have your requirement at this location. We cannot let go any associates even if there is medical emergency in family.
FYI, I'm working in a project which doesn't have ODC in gandhinagar and I had already received my manager and HR approval through email but still RMG declined the transfer
Why do you want to come to a shit hole Bangalore?, bad roads, no infrastructure, no seats in office, extremely expensive, lack of good rental options, no good food.

Search for the Bangalore Project with your skillset from Knowme posts, Give the Interview and tell Project team that you can move to Bangalore if they confirm.
Once they Confirm, then you can reach to Ahmedabad RMG and tell them I got Project from Bangalore and want to move there and tell them to initiate for Transfer.
This will work out...no RMG can stop you if a get a Project in Bangalore.

Get the project where you need to work in Bangalore not in Ahmedabad then working for a few months banglore tcs raise travel request then RMG will accept
