Trending @Infosys; Need to get more salary! Please give your suggestions
I have been working in Infosys for the past 3 years, started as systems engineer, allocated to mainframe maintenance project. Now I am bit worried about future, not sure what to do next. I need to get more salary, to pay emi bills and take care of my parents and also I need to change the domain from production support to developer or consultant or tester. Also, I have been preparing for power programmer exam for the past 1 yr but I cannot able to clear the exam. So I started doing competitive programming,not sure if my path is right. Also AI is also there, it is bit concerning Please give your suggestions
Prepare for CAT Get into a tier 1 / tier 2 B school. You can get into better roles
with 3 years experience you can easily switch
Option 1: Keep practicing competitive programming on codeforces Option 2: Learn some tech stack and make good projects then apply and switch
