Trending @Accenture; Need to decide if I should accept job offer in Capgemini so if anyone can share feedback about this company in business services processes...in terms of growth , increments and vision of company??

Work ethic and work life was far better than Accenture.

It's similar as Accenture as both are service based companies, don't go for vision and processes stuff, what matters is project as for every project vision and culture is different. Increment too is similar as any service based companies max 5-6 %
