Can anyone tell me how to approach for a project to any manager or team lead. im a fresher so I need some guidance I have to change this project immediately
Few things to remember when requesting a project change. Make sure you have a back up in project. Draft a formal mail to your lead that you want to explore other opportunities for xyz reasons. They will try to retain you if you are a star performer. If they don't, lucky for you. If they absolutely want to retain you, they will mention the 18 months policy. In that case, the only option is health concern. If you're a lady, people won't even ask questions. All the best.
You need to complete 18 months in same project then only you can change but I suggest don't go for change because now a days there less project in wipro there are laying off the employee after completing completing the bench period
