Trending @HCL; Need to be removed from a DL mailbox.
I was in another project and I've been getting mail regarding Teams meetings, and any internal mail that is supposed to be for people on that project only. Do tell me how to get myself removed from that.
Every DL will have an owner. Contact that person. Keep pestering everyday until they remove you.
If your previous managers or teammates are not responding to your request then I guess another solution is You can categorise those mail from specific sender into a folder which you can delete every week. Or you can transfer such mail to ur spam. In long term such issues should not be barrier in achieving your personal or professional goals.😎
