Need to ask my manager for a leave for a friend's wedding that's happening on the 14th. The issue is, it seems a bit obvious that it's for valentines (even though that is unfortunately not my intention)
I kept feeling weird about asking, and now caught in a tough spot. What would you do? My manager isn't very chill w me.
Try attaching the wedding card along with the mail for leave. Might work😅
If you are going with your gf ik its not your intention but asking leave should not be a problem keep it simple
I don't understand the question, even if you are asking for valentine's day what's the problem?
Just go on leave , your manager is not your father, he has no right to judge you. Just keep your personal life from your professional life. I am at associate manager level, so believe me manager has nothing to do with junior’s personal life.
