Need tips for project allocation calls
Background -> I did a 1 year post graduate diploma in AI and ML while being on education leave from TCS, prior to that, I worked as a SAP functional consultant for 2 years.
I have recently joined TCS back and I will start getting calls from projects in the coming 2,3 days. I want to know that what all should be checked and asked by my side to evaluate a project and maximize chances of finding a good project.
Another question I want to know is it possible to change our business unit, has anyone here done that, if yes, what is the process for the same.

Changing business units is possible but bureaucratic. Network internally and get managerial support.
How can I check for growth opportunities and work-life balance in the project, what questions to ask for this on the call ? for a company, I can ask employees regarding this but how do connect with employees of a project in TCS.
