Trending @Accenture; Need thoughts of senior

My friend who is working in fintech startup as a SDE 1 has a package of 20LPA having 1 year of experience while some seniors who are working in a Accenture or any service based company with a experience of 10yesr having package of this

So what there is so much difference I am sure having 10 year of experience is way good then 1 year then why there is much difference in package
