Trending @Accenture; Need support / Guidance on entity movement

I am seeking support in transitioning from Accenture Operations to ATCI. I have 6 years of experience in the Telecom domain and am currently at Management Level 11. However, my compensation doesn't align with current market standards, and with the ongoing project ramp-downs, long-term sustainability here seems challenging. To enhance my career prospects, I've decided to switch domains and have acquired skills in Java programming with the Spring Boot framework, along with basic front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript(Basics).

I've been trying to network with people at ATCI for referrals, but haven't received much support so far. My HR partner mentioned that moving from Operations to ATCI is challenging unless I have connections within ATCI.

Given that I am new to this domain, I have a few questions:

• Does ATCI provide training for individuals who transition into the entity?
• Who should I approach for support with the entity movement process?
• Is it possible to transition to ATCI based on my current management level?
