Trending @Accenture; Need Suggestions/Guidance

I joined Accenture in 2020 from campus placement and completed initial GFT training in .NET MVC successfully. Then I was tagged in a support project. Honestly speaking, I was not very aware of what does support project mean that time. So I started working in that project, and it was literally only admin kind of tasks, I didn’t get any work related to my training on .NET and I was going far from that technology.

After few months we got introduced with POWER BI, but there also it was only admin kind of tasks to create workspace, manage gateways — which is not even 1% of what Power BI is. Then gradually I started learning POWER BI development by myself, completed few online trainings, certifications, online case studies. Now I eagerly want to work on Power BI development and in my project there is no such work for that and project management is not ready at all to give me roll off as well, as I am having 3+ years of experience on the support system of this project and they are very much relying on me as well.

They are keep telling me that new works are coming here under our scope related to Power BI development and they will tag me. But its more than 3/4 months, there is no luck.

I am keep searching for job switch, but there is no such positive contacts as well.

Need some positive suggestions/ guidance here please !!!!
