My profile was previously hard locked for a client but last week suddenly I landed on bench.Today again the same client hard locked my profile but this time I didn’t get any mail from smartsupply.support.I only got a mail from PMO team that from today you are locked for XYZ client and your POC is Mr. ABC.So is it fine or should I ask PMO team why I didn’t get that system generated mail from smartsupply.support?
