16 LPA fixed + 10% variable

Permanent WFH

Stack seems promising, but limited exposure to on-site product culture

2. ArcelorMittal (Hyderabad)

18 LPA fixed + 5% variable

Product-based transformation journey

Relocation required; curious about actual WLB and tech maturity

Other Options (Lower Pay):

3 EXL-₹14 LPA fixed + 10% variable

4 Lumiq-15.2 LPA fixed + 5% variable

I’m primarily looking for: Strong work-life balance Good learning curve & tech exposure (Azure/Data Engineering) Stability + long-term growth Team culture that values capability over hierarchy
