Trending @Accenture; Need suggestions to tackle notice period
I have only 25 days remaining in Accenture and When its almost time to leave, they are torturing like anything. Daily new requirements, daily new work. When I said I will not take up any new task now, they started tourchuring me that we can do this and they are now started complaining false things about me to higher authorities directly. Please suggest what I can do in this situation. Will project manager have any rights to harm me in anyway like extending notice period, giving bad remarks to leave organisation or any sort of negative on me?? Please suggest guys i’m not able to tolerate. Its directly impacting my health. I feel so heavy at work, unable to concentrate. Waking up daily feels with heavy mental pressure.
And give me ideas to tackle my remaining days in Accenture as my manager told i will be in this project till my LWD... But I can't tolerate this toxic environment anymy
Just do your work like when you used to do before notice. Let that be new or old how does that matter to you. You are getting paid for doing your work. If someone is expecting you to work for more than 9 hrs raise it to management yourself that there is a resource crunch. No one can harm you if you are on the right. Just ensure that you stay on the right. If the work load is giving you unbearable mental stress talk about it to your project manager and people lead. They will certainly support you.
