Trending @Infosys; Need suggestions to switch!

I have joined Infosys just a year before having an experience of 1.5years. can anyone suggest anything that when I can switch or give some information about how I can get more hike/appraisals/bonuses currently I was at JL 3 systems engineer with 3 lpa, which is not sufficient in the current situations of mine.

Don't expect hikes in infosys till you gain 2-3 years experience here, Better option is to switch by improving your skills

Upto 12yrs you try to switch in 2-3yrs time frame..later you can start settling down..service based companies will never give much hikes...

If it's JL3 then it will be 4 - 7lks. If it's JL4 then 8- 12lks
