Need suggestions to choose offer
- Accenture Hyderabad (pool hire) - Level 8 position
- Epam Bangalore (HR says for a specific project) - Lead Software Engineer
YOE - 8.5 Both offering the same compensation. Domain - Data Engineering

I would suggest level 8 at Accenture but as it is a managerial position you should deal with the team of level 9s and 10s mostly.. It is a little challenging.. If you are okay for Bangalore happily go for it
My concern is the kind of projects that Accenture has. Do not have much info on that. I hear Epam has good projects and is good for technical growth hence confused.
If you are willing to relocate, I would say EPAM. Lot of firing/layoff happening in accenture, also accenture offer 21% of Variable which is pretty high and they only give hardly 10-12%, even I have an offer from Accenture and they are only giving 35% hike with 21 variable
