Need Suggestions: TCS (9.5 LPA) vs PwC India (10 LPA + 25% Variable) vs Fulcrum Digital (13 LPA + Joining Bonus)

Bro, No for TCS even if it's 20 LPA trust me. The most chutiyappa company it has become.
Coming to PwC, i have heard the work culture is better so irrespective of salary I would recommend that. I have no idea about Fulcrum at all

Now another perspective, if u r a fresher, all of these offers r good, ofcourse except TCS. If u have 3-5 experience, i would say you can push till 16 LPA by negotiating existing offers

If you have 6-10 years experience, don't join any of them. Don't make mistakes and undervalue yourself, just trust and give more interviews it might take one more week or one more month but it will be worth it
