Need Suggestions: Stuck with 90 Days Notice Period in Accenture

Hi everyone,

I have 3.9 years of experience at Accenture as a Manual Tester (mainly on GenAI applications and APIs). I also have knowledge of Selenium with Python and Tosca Automation.

Currently, I’m looking for a job change, but I’m facing a big hurdle:

I rarely get interview calls.

When I do, companies ask about my notice period and last working day.

Accenture has a 90-day notice period, and most recruiters are not willing to accept it.

I can’t resign without having an offer in hand (too risky).

Has anyone here faced a similar situation? How did you handle the 90-day notice period problem? Any suggestions or strategies to increase my chances of getting interviews/offers would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance! 🙏

If you don’t think you can find a job in 90 days - even after already starting the search, then keep your current job, but start freelancing on the side. That might give you more opportunities.
90 day NP’s are hard.
