Need suggestions - Resigning without offer
Just joined a hell of a toxic project, going through hell (Completely new tech, high expectations, high micro management).
With CTC less than YOE (4.75 - 4.9 YOE) with no signs of clearing digital or C2 promotion.
Is resigning without any offer - right move?

If you’re confident on your skills you can resign without offer
Market is a bit better now, you will get ample calls. Don’t worry. Risk is always rewarded. But I would suggest to prepare properly before resigning.
Also you can take back resignation at any time. Cheers

Don't resign without any offer if your depend on salary. If you have enough savings or support from family then go ahead and try your luck.

Only breadwinner and not great financial background

You can show some reason and go on a LWP. Use this time to unskill and get a job.

Anyways you have 3 months notice period.. you can resign and search also prepare financially so if no officer then at least you can manage 1 or 2 months without pay. But beleive me if you have skills then there are many small scale company can offer you Job. Just trust your instinct and do whatever you feels good for you.

Same situation for me. Ctc less than yoe. Resigned. I was getting calls 2 weeks back. But not now. A similar situation for my friend as well

I am also in the same to same situation , but I am not resigning due to current market scenario ... I hope I will get the better job soon

Prepare well before resign in case things don't work revoke it but you will get the calls and the job as your experience is between 4-8

Which project have you joined ?

Everyday I feel the same way. Try to get a release instead if you want a safer option.
