Trending @Accenture; Need Suggestions regarding levels - Accenture
Guys I got offer in hand with 10.5 LPA ( 1.75 LPA Variable )
In offer letter it shows Management Level - 10
What does it mean, And is it anything in regards with the Salary ? If yes, is the CTC is fair enough for this level ?
Designation - Cloud Support Senior Analyst.
Really confused here. Pour some suggestions.

Don't settle anything below 15LPA else you will regret later on
My opinion is it is fair to some extent. Beacause I have seen some taken to analyst role for 9lpa.

The role lvl 10 is senior analyst. Salary ranges from 7.5 - 17 lacs based on skills, domain and YOE
I got 8 LPA fixed and 1 variable senior analyst 3 YOE.... I think it's low but I will complete 2 yrs some how and switch again :)
Management level directly reflects on salary in Accenture. Moving from L10 to above is very tough in Accenture. Can't comment about your salary as I work in a different domain in Accenture
