Need suggestions plz, ultimatix and mail account suddenly locked how to unlock it.
I'm on bench from the last two months ,my base location is different ,last week I visited there but not provided any project then after 10 days I came back to my nearest location and swipe card but suddenly card swipe not working after few days and ultimatix and email shows locked, base location is far away from my home location and if they not provided project then i'm ready to resign but how can I contact now without visiting base location?i'hv no any contact number , How can I resign now ? suggestion plz.

No bro but I'm married and if I stay at the base location it's very difficult even I requested different locations project but still not provided any. If I visit base location and if they tell me to resign then it's wasted my 15k just for resign process. Already wasted 20k abefore a few days ago.

Grade C3A but salary 9lakh only and YOE 12yrs, I joined tcs at corona time so that time provided wfh and nearest branch only so i think it's ok don't know about need to report to RMG on base location if unallocated, now if I stay base location min 20k expenses which is not manageable at the moment due to financial issue.
You sure it isn't a temporary issue? By any chance, have you setup email and teams on your phone and if yes then can you try to access that?
Try to also login to timesheet app and such on mobile.
Tried on phone and Tcs laptop also still not working shows locked only, timesheet apps , 2office apps also not working.
