Need Suggestions on Project Allocation
Hi All, I was released from a project in June. After a short gap, I got another allocation but was released again without onboarding. Later, I cleared technical and managerial rounds for another project, was given 20 days for client evaluation, and asked to up skill which I did with full effort.
The client evaluation was postponed twice, and after multiple follow ups, I was told the position was closed. This update came only after repeated asking.
Should I escalate this to RMG and mark the manager and their manager in the mail or just inform RMG directly?
This kind of things happened with me 3 times . The project team usually asks to don't accept other team offers, saying they will start the allocation. But at last minute they will stop the allocation so pls go with other projects .
