Need suggestions on PF transfer

Hi all

I was layed off by TCS on 9th September. I received the FNF amount on 24th September. I have questions about the pf and gratuity and request your response on the same from the people who are aware about these processes.

  1. Is gratuity included in FNF settlement I have received or will receive after the gratuity documents sign given by TCS.

2.There is PF undertaking form tcs has asked to fill and send them back where bank account details they have asked to fill. Is it necessary to fill and send back as I have opted for PF transfer to new organisation during lay off.

  1. In case within 3 months I don't move to new organisation will tcs withdraw and send the amount to my account or tcs can hold the amount until I move to another organisation?

Your response is appreciated 👍.Thank you.

FNF includes gratuity, and you can see this in FNF statement that you will receive in Alumni Portal.

PF - the forms given by TCS as part of exit kit will have the options about withdrawal or transfer, and guidance accordingly.

You can raise tickets in Alumni portal for specific clarifications.

In the mail itself they mentioned that, PF has to transfer to a new company within 3 months otherwise it will go inactive and the amount will be moved to govt old-age welfare. Tcs will not have hold once we are out of TCS. Only they help to withdraw if we opt to withdraw. If you don't landon any job within 3 months, then you have to withdraw from epf portal
