Thinking about Acko platinum for 4+2(Parents)+2(Parents In-laws) , in Acko platinum estimated cost would be roughly INR 1.4Lakhs for 1 crore insurance. If someone has any better option please let me know. Thanks

Don't go for Acko Health Insurance. Biggest fraud in health insurance.
I was using Acko vehicle insurance for many years and had good experiences. So i ported my personal health insurance in Aug 2023 to acko for my family. I fell ill in 3months later and had to be admitted.
Submitted a claim for my hospitalisation expenses. Field agent treated me like a fraud for filing claim in 3 months. Took my phone to check Google location history, asked for my family medical files etc.... which were tangential to the claim Their field agent misled my doctor to get a medical certificate saying I was not well for 3months before .Finally ,They rejected it saying it was preexisting condition and I hid it at the time of policy Purchase, which is an absolute lie.
Biggest frauds, just run away! All their marketing of no limit, covering cost of band aid is all to lure your to buy the plan!!

Yep agree, but matter of fact is that cost of Health insurance has increased significantly, even if I opt for 50 lakhs sum insured then also I will end of paying atleast INR 1.3 minimum and cost is more or less same 10k +/- with all insurance providers.
Acko is new and they might not settle claims. Better to go for existing companies.
