I have around 4 years of experience as SAP SD Functional Consultant from Accenture and holding below two offers.
Please let me know which organisation is better.
Infosys - 11.30 LPA, 10% fixed
LTI Mindtree - 13.16 LPA all fixed

LTI is fine but Infosys has a great anthem.
