Need suggestions on on-site opportunity

I have put my papers in last week. And I am serving notice period.

This week I got call from my leads telling me that they will offer me on site to ratain me.

I have offer of 11LPA with me. Also I am appearing for interviews, as I am in my early notice period days. With those interviews I am hoping to get 13-14LPA.

Guys I need suggestions that should I accept the on site opportunity or keep searching for good offer?
