Need suggestions on non cooperation in project
Hi All, Post maternity leave I was looking for a project at bbsr location which is having lesser opportunities. Got selected for QA lead on a project but that project didn't come so theg aligned me in support project. Considering harrasment from RMG I took up the opportunity. But despite giving 200% I am not able to manage the work as client gives task directly and other 2 leads don't give any information on how to proceed. I have pledged many people every day to understand what needs to be done. Project and account all are new for me and without proper information it takes me 5 days that can be done by others in 2 days. My efforts are simply increased and output is less. Tried to sort out many times but all the time these guys says we are busy. There is no sync up call no transparency what others are doing neither manager takes my concern seriously. What should I do. Feel so cursed. Getting out of the project having risk of not getting project at this location and shifting not possible considering baby and team doesn't allow ne to survive. Everyday is turns out to be worse than previous one Please help or suggest what best can be done here

TCS is not your company don’t try to change it , better go out with flying colours really u will appreciate me also you will fined some mental peace .
Don't take stress... its matter of time.. ask you queries through emails whenever possible.. if it is taking time then take it ... if anyone points out your performance mention you are new to domain and in learning phase and trying your best.. you just came back from maternity and needs to focus on your health .. so try tk maintain work life balance . During prganacy and after there are lot of changes physically and emotionally.. so don't stress yourself.. also dont think much about rating and all.. jst make sure u r not getting C or D.. its frustating I know but dont loose your calm in front of project people.. follow the survival game...
I so wish for that, but considering BBSR is a smaller location as compared to other IT cities and companies coming here with 70 % of resources and mostly opening is for 5 -6 years of experience.
Why are you not willing to leave BBSR location because of your husband and family are here or for any other reason ? If in your case, if you are bound to this location then do one thing if they are providing information after 5 days then just sit and relax. Just remain non- productive they will only release you from the project. Start doing this and after you are released search for another project in the same location. Don’t think like if you leave the project then you won’t be able to find any other project in bbsr location.

Thank you all for all your inputs, I am trying but nothing working out. The client reach out to me and involved the manager there. If I inform them that I don't get information that I have asked they just close the call saying we will discuss internally. And shouting at me post that. Also team working under me are overloaded with many tasks as a result they can't complete on time. Intentionally being targeted and mistreated. Completed Wings pp1 in jan but not able to proceed with pp2 as not getting time. Also getting a c band will stop the additional allowance is a fear. I am not able to sleep even and if at sleep for sometime I'm getting nightmares.
Look for project and if you get any through contact, ask for release, stop working and then get released move to different one, mean time upskill yourself
