Trending @Capgemini; Need suggestions on location change
Hi Guys, I have completed 2 years in a project ( Bengaluru). I want to move to Hyderabad location. So can I ask my manager to relieve from the project. And if I go to Hyderabad in how many days, I need to get a new project.
I am expecting I will get some time to refresh my knowledge, after moving to Hyderabad. Am I correct?
Relieving from current project is highly impossible
try IJP and apply for all jobs in hyderabad and clear the interview then you will easily get approvals for location change
If your project team is already in hyderabad then u can easily change
If the client gives feedback saying, I don't want this resource.
You can take release from project and it is completely possible ,just don't rely on manager
He definitely not going to initiate the process so you need to inform the management as per the hierarchy
One by one and if no response then send a mail , after that you can inform to project HR they will help you
