Trending @Accenture; Need suggestions on EIT(Employee Initiated transfer)

I have raised my EIT request for changing my base location on 27th jun but it is showing as in progress till now. I checked with my manager, TL as well as HR but they advised it will auto approve. If anyone raised it before please advise me when it will approve and whom to follow up for this to get it done as soon as possible. Thanks!!
