Need suggestions on DOJ extension
Hello. I got offer from Infosys on 13th Oct with DOJ in Dec. After resigning from current org. I shared the LWD on Jan with HR. I shared resignation mail, resignation tool SS where LWD is mentioned. HR confirmed over the mail, that they will change the DOJ. Now my concern is they yet to change the DOJ and yesterday one of them asking me to join early by negotiating with current org to meet business commitment. Can anyone suggest me what to do.
Tell them that my lwd is not negotiable and you did mention the same during the interview also. Ask them to change Doj first, post that you will try your best to get early relieving. Never take risk in this situation.
I am already asking them multiple times, sending mail, calling but no positive response. Whereas here I resigned and accepted that offer as well, as that time HR was saying, no need to worry they will change DOJ accordingly.
