Trending @Wipro; Need suggestions on comp offs

I am working in ICICI Bank project from client location where 2nd and 4th Saturdays are offs but 1st and 3rd Saturdays are working, so whenever I'm filling efforts for 1st and 3rd Saturdays in mytime, comp offs are generating and my manager is rejecting the same by saying that comp offs are not allowed for this project. So do I need to do something for my comp offs or is it a normal thing?

Why not check with HR. You should get comp off if you are expected to come to office on Saturday

It means you're not getting billing from ICICI bank on Saturday's. If the client provides billing then your manager approves it. Better discuss with your manager once on it
