Trending @Capgemini; Need suggestions/help

I am currently working as a Cognos Administrator with close to 4 years of experience. Over the past 6 months, I have been actively exploring new opportunities but haven’t had much success. I’m at a point where I’m considering whether to continue in the same domain or pivot into a new path. I’d truly appreciate any guidance or suggestions from my network on which direction might be best for me.

I’m also open to connecting with professionals in the BI, Cloud, and Data domains to learn and explore potential opportunities.
