Need suggestions for tcs walkin

I have attended walkin on 28th Feb and was told that he will call you in two days because hr was busy and it was overcrowded but since my profile in tcs still shows the offer from 4 years back I am not able to track anything and hr is not even responding to call or email what you guys suggest next? What can be scenario as per your thoughts?
