Need suggestions for Switching

Hi Mates,

I am looking for job change for SDET/Automation Engineer role, currently I am having an experience of 4+ years as total but my relevant experience is of 3.7 years.

In my current organization, my notice period is of 60 days, should I resign when

1. I have offer of a company who is agree for waiting for 60 days. --> this is tough to find.
2. I have offer of a company who agree for 15 days or immediate joiner. --> this increase the motivation for apply but can't do.
3. I have offer of a company who agree for 30 days of notice period. --> this comes medium calls.

What should I do for this case? At first, Should I go ahead with 1 offer letter of any notice period? Or should only go with 60 days notice period?

Need suggestions for this.
