Need suggestions for switching

Hii all I am looking for company switch right now I am working as a Google cloud operations engineer I am working in wipro under wilp program and my mtech program is going to end by this year December and I will be converted as a employee. I will be getting bonus as well but I want to switch right after I get converted.Is it a best way or I need to stay for a year after conversion and make a switch . Wilp folks please guide ..
