Need suggestions for switch
Hello everyone On Oct 2025 My YOE will be 2 And I have started preparing for switch considering that upto Jan 2026 i will manage to swich.
I have decided that on 1st of nov 2025 i will resign with/without a offer (30th oct i will get 70k extra for retention bounce)
cctc 7.5 lpa expecting 12-15 lpa
Please provide your suggestions and advice
Considering the current market, resigning without offer is not recommended, being with 2YOE it looks hard to get an offer easily as most of the roles requires/asks 3+YOE. Try to get a standard offer even with min hike around 10LPA atleast which accepts your 90 day's notice period, have that offer in hand and then Keep searching for other offers, as the notice period keeps on reducing u will get more calls and offers.. try product based companies if possible.. and try for the package which you are expecting.. If nothing goes well.. You at least have 1 offer
If you don't have financial dependency, take a move of resigning without offer.
