Need suggestions for Genpact offer

I received an offer from Genpact Pune for a Senior Associate position, with a salary of 6LPA. They also mentioned a 10-hour shift, which I am not familiar with. Given that I do not have any other offers, should I consider accepting the position despite the 10-hour shift?
