Need suggestions for Band rejection
i worked very hard in current project, and took whole responsibility of delivery ,but i got C band, i rejected in system. after discussion with appriser he said that its not going to change band .if i reject 2nd time also what will happen or else i am going to face any consequences for rejectting band 2nd time.are they will conduct appraisal process once again
Band Rejection is just for namesake, it never helps the associate. There is no point of staying in a project where you aren’t recognised or appreciated if you have actually put in the efforts Take a release from the Project and search for a better one
Sorry to tell you, Don't waste your time on this excepting change, finally you will end up getting mail as you need improvement and development of your skills and as less productive on work however if have your work 200% productive stats no use. I seen this happening to many people
You will have a discussion with HR now. Just tell the same story to HR. I know nothing will happen but lets see.
