Need suggestions

I want some suggestions,

My friend is working in tcs as C2 13 lpa, 9 years of experience,

Currently in the cloud infra project.

Koi problem hai lay off ki please suggest.

If the work that he is doing that can be done by the fresher or low sal employee, he will be replaced soon. TCS is no place to make careers now. The mgmt only cares about their margins and profits.

His team has 2-3 fresher (2-3 years experience) people and all are doing the same thing, like giving support on tickets, But you know freshers can't work on new issues, they can only do the work on repeated tasks, as per my understanding tcs need experience guys as well in project.

C2 grade is safe right now. If the project is currently going without any issues(like no ramp down or bo business) and if your friend is billable then there are no issues.
