I recently joined as a FTE (Programmer Analyst Trainee) on May 21st, 2024. I was Auto allocated to one project, but my current manager has informed me that there are no openings for freshers in our project so I asked him to release from the project, so I can get another project. For the past 2 months he keeps on saying that I'll be released from the project but he didn't.
I'm not familiar with the process of finding another project and I was hoping you guys could suggest me what to do next or how to search for another project. And moreover my Home manager and project manager are the same.
When your HM will release you, on bench you will get calls. Try to make contacts with others managers too
It's good to be in a project, as the company is reducing bench count by forcing employees to resign. Moreover, the manager can't release a resource from a project for 3 months since the resource is tagged.
