Need Suggestions..
My manager is harassing me after my marriage when I asked for a project release to join my spouse onsite. I informed him & team long time before about my marriage & post that I will travel with spouse. Now he's denying all the past verbal communication.
Had a mutual call with HR and manager - HR said to give KT and complete the pending work for release. I have completed my pending work, now manager is not reviewing it & not assigning me any person to provide KT to delay my release
Now I have to travel with my spouse to US. Kindly suggest what actions can be taken if I don't report back to office & also what can be ways to take release. Can I complain about him to higher authorities?
Reach out to HR and state ur reasons and tell them that u are comfortable giving kt online and you have to go as all the arrangement have been made..
